James Conrad is the Owner of Cape Cod Radon Services.  His education in radon mitigation was obtained at Rutgers University with Professor William Brodhead, a pioneer in the industry and leading radon mitigation professional.  James is Certified by AARST/NRPP in radon mitigation cert.#108753RMT

and by the NRSB as a Radon Measurement Specialist, cert.#16SS063.

Additionally, James has a B.S. from the University of Maine, a former general contractor and  licensed building code inspector in the state of Maine. Cape Cod Radon Services, LLC is certified, insured and we guarantee radon levels below 4.0 pCi/L.
